In December 2019, we also introduced Australia’s slimmest Hollywood Vanity Mirrors. Etoile Collective mirrors also include an extended 3-year limited warranty - the longest in Australia so you’re covered with us!

To break our warranty into simple terms, this will protect you against defects in materials or workmanship under ordinary use for 3 years from the date of purchase. Etoile Collective will also cover any and all shipping costs involved in getting a replacement to you / returning the faulty piece. No ifs or buts - we'll make things right.

Damage during transit? We'll also protect you against that risk too. If your Vanity Mirror is damaged during transit, again, it's on us and we will get a replacement to you. Although, don't worry - we invest in thick cardboard packaging, high quality and environmentally friend EPE foam and steel corner protectors to prevent anything from happening in the first place.
